As part of the project on the seasons of the year that Niño de Elche is developing, the ACasa Planas photographic archive is a source of inspiration and a field of work based on the summer tourism campaigns that the company created throughout its history. An artistic residence that will highlight the musical groups that entertained guests in hotels and on boats in decades past, reviewing the different aesthetics of the most popular music in our country since the mid-20th century. A combination of interests that go beyond illustrating different scenes taken from photographs and invite us to discuss issues as relevant to our present day as the ideas of seasonality in different cultures, climate change, and touristification,,our relationship with food or fashion. 

 

The día 12 de septiembre a las 17:00h a work in progress presentation by the artist at the Archive will be done, where they will present their creative process.
