Jorge Blasco did a one-month residency in January at Casa Planas with the aim of constructing, together with Marina Planas, the meta-narrative of the Planas Archive.

Blasco published in 2018 the book “Archiving,” in which he compiles writings by contemporary archival theorists K.J. Rawson, Joan M. Schwartz, Terry Cook, Eric Katelaar, Hugh A. Taylor, who raise questions on the basis that an archive is a place that is always about to happen/occur and an archivist/actor whose performative mission is to activate documents.
