Three artist residencies - Marina Planas at Casa Planas (Balearic Islands), Cloé Harent at the InCadaqués Festival (Catalonia) and Judith Prat at the Abbadiale for the Institut Pyrénéen de la Photographie (Occitania) - invite us to (re)think the link between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, examining the proximity of the peaks and the sea at the same time.

This opens a dialogue between the raw, primitive and telluric elements of Cap de Creus, the fixed temporality of the photographic archives of Mallorca and the human scale approach of the rural community of the Azun Valley.

This updated interpretation of the landscape becomes a source of creativity and a reminiscence of sensitive values, allowing us to better reflect on the challenges of the present beyond the stereotyped and commercial images that often prevent us from understanding it.
