Tourism has faced harsh criticism in light of numerous contemporary crises, yet being a tourist is something most people routinely do, at least in the Global North.

This project uses the travel guide as a framework to highlight a range of perspectives and voices, incorporating spaces of dissent alongside deviations and variations from the familiar. It brings together contributions from visual arts, architecture, geography, photography, and other fields to create a polyphonic, choral space.
