OBJECT

The provider, who is responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and to inform all users of the website of the terms and conditions of use of the website.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of a user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

The provider reserves the right to amend any information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such changes; publication on the provider’s website shall be deemed sufficient.

LIABILITY

The provider accepts no liability whatsoever arising from the information published on its website, provided that such information has been tampered with or entered by a third party not affiliated with the provider.

The provider’s website may use cookies (small data files sent by the server to the computer of the person accessing the site) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the proper functioning and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary in nature, serving solely to make their subsequent transmission more efficient, and are deleted when the user’s session ends. Under no circumstances will cookies be used to collect personal information.

The client’s website may redirect users to content on third-party websites. As the service provider cannot always control the content posted by third parties on their websites, it accepts no liability whatsoever for such content. In any event, the provider states that it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international law, public morality or public order, and will immediately remove the link to the website in question, whilst bringing the content in question to the attention of the competent authorities.

The service provider accepts no liability for the information and content stored, including but not limited to, in forums, chat rooms, blog generators, comments, social media or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the service provider’s website. However, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement agencies, and actively cooperates in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, the rights of third parties, or public morality and public order. Should a user consider that there is any content on the website that could fall into this category, they are requested to notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been checked and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, it can be guaranteed to function correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider cannot rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that may make it impossible to access the website.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The service provider is deeply committed to complying with Spanish legislation on the protection of personal data, and guarantees full compliance with the obligations set out therein, as well as the implementation of the security measures provided for in Article 9 of Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and in the Regulations implementing the LOPD.

The provider makes the organisation’s Privacy Policy available to users, informing them of the following:

  • Details of the data controller.
  • Data processed.
  • The file in which they are stored.
  • Purpose of the processing.
  • Whether or not it is compulsory to provide them, and the consequences of failing to do so.
  • On the rights to which all users are entitled and the procedure for exercising them.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as the designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the provider or, where applicable, the provider holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation and is registered in the relevant public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, the reproduction (in whole or in part), use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation of the content requires, in all cases, the prior written authorisation of the provider. Any use not previously authorised by the provider shall be considered a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.

Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the provider but which may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any potential disputes that may arise in relation to them. In any event, the provider has obtained their express prior authorisation.

The provider acknowledges the relevant industrial and intellectual property rights held by their respective owners; the mere mention or appearance of such rights on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability on the part of the provider in relation to them, nor does it constitute any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the provider.
